Wicker Lunch Box

Okay, so maybe this isn’t the highest quality lunch box/bag you’ll find (look at the price), but you might as well trick your eyes into thinking you’re on a picnic, because then you’ll enjoy that sandwich just a tiny bit more. Of course, do be sure to note that this is a wicker printed soft lunch box, and not actually a wicker lunch box. There’s also a Wicker Wine Cooler for boozier lunch/evening occasions. You can even get a zipper bag (that looks like a Mason Jar) and some Buoy Bag Clips.

Laundry Punch Bag

Get your frustrations out and then do your laundry. This punch bag is a heck of a lot cheaper than a real punching bag, and might just motivate you to keep your dirty laundry all in one place. Sure, it’s a little silly, but it’s also a kind of fun. Hang it in the closet or in the corner of a bedroom for easy access.

Picnic Tote Blanket

If you like picnics and have an extra $250 lying around, have I got the tote for you. Menu’s Picnic Tote Blanket starts off as a tote bag for your wine and snacks, but with a little unfolding, it becomes a soft blanket with a water-repellent layer underneath. Handy, huh? Take it to the park or beach this summer and relax in comfort.

How To Live Canvas Tote Bags

I’m a mind reader. I know you’re thinking that these canvas tote bags are sort of expensive, and they are… sort of. But, look close at the bottom seams and handles, and you’ll see a bag built for daily use. Each bag has a minimal, quiet vibe; edges are clean, devoid of stitching, to better highlight the material- that’s special.

Baggu All Weather Bag

Originally designed for surfers, this all-weather gear bag has welded seams and a water resistant zipper to keep water completely in (or completely out, if that’s your goal). Surfers, just stand inside the bag to remove your wetsuit, then zip it up for your trip home. Sand and seawater will be safely contained within. Reflective Notabag

The reflective straps on this Notabag are sure handy, as they will make you very visible when you’re out and about at night. But, the design of the straps is even handier; do you notice their angle? With a single pull of those straps, the bag transforms from a tote into an easy backpack. That makes carrying contents much more convenient, either by foot or by bicycle. Smart.

G-RO Carry-On Bag

Need new luggage for your holiday travels? Maybe something that can tackle rough roads and cracked sidewalks in all sorts of weather? Take a look at the G-Ro Carry-On Bag’s all-terrain wheels. They’re built to handle any terrain, and because of their larger diameter, the load is closer to its center of gravity. That means the bag balances better and feels lighter as you pull it around all those future, far-flung destinations.

Clutchette Power Charging Pouch

Until our mobile devices figure out a way to charge themselves, you may want to arm yourself with this clutch*. It packs a full punch of a battery charge. That’s not necessarily a new thing- there are other clutches and bags that have battery packs- but this one is discreet enough to work with most wardrobes (very important) and it’s made of vegan leather (very important to vegans). That may just make it a perfect gift for someone that’s always glued to their phone, yet somehow constantly complaining of a low battery.

Minor History Traveler Backpack

Can there ever be too many minimal totes? I think not, because we are all a little picky in our quest for an everyday bag. This backpack by Minor History has a fold-over top with a magnetic closure, adjustable brass buckle straps, and a large zippered compartment (in the fold-over). That leaves plenty of room for a laptop and other necessities, either for your daily commute or a longer journey.

Herman Big Bag

Okay, raise your hand if you use or have used Ikea’s large, blue shopping bag around your home or for other errands. Don’t worry, you won’t be ostracized, as I’m guilty of the same. It just goes to show that really large totes can be extremely useful. Ferm Living’s Herman Big Bag slides in as an alternative option, as it measures in at 26″ long with a 15″ and 13″ height and width. Heavy cotton canvas with leather handles is durable enough for all manner of toting to and fro and looks quite a bit nicer than plastic… though it does cost quite a bit more as well. It would be well suited for a weekend getaway bag, don’t you think?

Twin Tote

Nice briefcases and fancy handbags are all fine and good, but sometimes you just need an inexpensive tote, preferably with a few pockets. This tote from Poketo is divided into two roomy compartments with a smaller middle pocket for your keys, phone, and wallet. The two larger compartments are especially handy for gym days, as you can keep your work clothes separate from your workout gear, or your water bottle away from your tablet.

Minimalist Zip Folio

This folio beats the pants off of any other folio. It’s made of vegan leather (score!) and has a roomy zippered compartment that perfectly fits a 13″ laptop or iPad. One outside pocket gives you space for other necessities while still keeping its tailored, slim profile. Lack of decoration suits all genders; choose between gray, navy or cream. And, best of all, looking smart with this folio under your arm won’t cost a fortune.
