    Filmaker Davina Pardo is working on a short documentary entitled 'MINKA', a story about a 250 year old Japanese farmhouse. Originally inspired by the book Minka: My Farmhouse in Japan by retired AP foreign correspondent John Roderick, the film looks to be well worth watching, and seeing as they're still raising funds to finish off distribution costs, you can check out the trailer below or on their fundraising page to see if you'd like to help out.   • ACNE Furniture Collection at Liberty

    As part of the London Design Festival, ACNE launched its first furniture collection at Liberty. Inspired by the work of Swedish designer Carl Malmsten, Jonny Johansson (creative director of ACNE) distorted the lines of the furniture to create an altogether strange version of seating shapes. The five sofas will be available exclusively at Liberty this spring.

    We've been getting all sorts of emails on London Design Week events, but the big two that I'll definitely be attending are 100% Design and Tent London. After a quick look through 100% Design's gallery preview, these are the products I'm looking forward to seeing in person tomorrow. I'll plan to take some pics (if/when allowed) and upload them afterwards.
