These are all so very lovely. All of these fixtures are hand blown in subtle hues of grays and ambers, and no two will be exactly the same (which makes the one you buy that much more special).

Yes, I know, this is way too expensive and not what most people call affordable, but it’s also incredibly amazing. It’s made of white goose feathers!! And, it’s almost 3 feet in diameter!! You just can’t beat that, at least not today. Think of how nice it’d look above a dining table, or next to a sofa. Mmm. Can somebody make me this for a tenth of the price? Please?

Lamp shades that change pictures when you turn the lights on. A sweet bucolic scene of animals in a field suddenly turns creepy when illuminated and hunters appear. There are eight total scenes to choose from: sea, zoo, snails, birds eye, skeletons, bugs, bank robbery and hunters.

When you turn these on, they inflate to their shape as shown. When you turn them off, they sink “quietly to sleep”.

While I am tempted to try making this myself, I know I won’t ’cause it would involve way too much effort on my part. Seems much easier to just pay some money and have it arrive at one’s doorstep bright, shiny and new. And look at the wonderful shadows! Each piece is hand formed in aluminum wire; available in different sizes.

You pull the cord and it turns on. You pull it again and it turns off. No switches necessary. I think it’d be real handy for closets or entry ways or anywhere I guess.

Look at the dimensions of this light- really quite perfect when you are concerned with scale (esp. over rectangular dining tables). And it really is kind of timeless.

All of these are really quite something…I would recommend any of them to anybody. And maybe these are more than you’re looking to pay, but if I didn’t tell you about them you wouldn’t get to wish you had more money. Comes complete with ceiling mount, wiring and shade.

If your breakfast nook or dining room needs a bit of something, like say, maybe a smokebush pendant light, then you’re lucky. ‘Cause here it is. It’s linen and it’s orange and it’s got a nice hand block printed design that spices up a room just a tad. Hard-wire installation.

Now hear this. You decide how this lamp looks. It comes to you flat, and then you bend it any which way you want in order to get the desired effect. How neat is that?
