What’s your all time favorite thing/item (that you own)?
My guitar amp, a 1964 Fender Bandmaster. They don’t make ‘em like they used to anymore.

What’s the last thing you bought over $100?
A few things, but the most notable and most expensive one being my bicycle, a Surly Long Haul Trucker touring bike.

What would you ask Santa for if he had a ton of money?

A large warehouse with a lot of tools.

If the world of design didn’t exist, what would you do?
Play a lot of music and hopefully get paid for it.

What formed your aesthetic into what it is now?

Being part of a creative family. My father was never one to let well enough alone and was constantly in the garage hacking and modifying things, and remodeling pretty much the entire house room by room every few years. My mother is a hair stylist and performed Chinese opera. My brother is a graphic designer and illustrator. My sister is a fashion designer. Also, video games and Legos.
