Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. It’s difficult to choose only a few of his words to highlight, as so many of them are applicable to today’s social and political times.

โ€œWe must live together as brothers or perish together as fools.โ€ย

โ€œInjustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.โ€ย

โ€œLet no man pull you so low as to hate him.โ€ย

“Nothing in the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity.โ€ย Strength to Love, 1963

“The time is always right to do what is right.”
