At first glance, the top of this table looks to be steel, but instead it’s made from a nice dark gray oak veneer. Also, I like the legs jut out ever so slightly, and how the corners are rounded instead of squared off in sharp angles; both lend a little more personality than it would have had otherwise.

Sizing in at 5′ long, this coffee table would do a great job of filling up a room (if you’re lucky enough to need that sort of thing).

Yes, the price does seem more on the high side of what seems reasonable for a few side tables, but considering there are 10 of them, each one sporting different shades of neutral enamel tops, it doesn’t seem as bad..maybe because each one (if sold separately) would be $175.

This small-scaled coffee table has a friendly price tag; it has the interesting angled leg feature which would look good with or without books/magazines.

This plank wood coffee/cocktail table catches the eye not only for the type of wood used, but also that it only has three legs. It seems to have the same sort of shape of the Girard Table, but in a less refined and rugged sort of way.

I was at my friend’s great loft last weekend, and right in front of his >$18,000 sofa is this little blocky table. Certain that it too came with a large price tag, I was quite surprised to find out it was a $100 solid* wood table from Ikea. The photo doesn’t really do it justice. This little guy can hold his own in sophisticated settings. Trust me on this one.

The lower tray is completely removable.

edit: it’s actually not solid wood. But it certainly feels like it.

These new tables by Blu Dot have are a great choice for living or dining areas- the legs on the dining table would be an especially nice feature when chairs are involved.
