The wood on this piece has a great glow (the result of a rubbed finish sealed with a clear varnish).<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The LL2 Lounge Chair deconstructs the ubiquitous upholstered lounge chair to its skeletal essence.  The chair becomes a cage-like enclosure, implying a solid form but exposing the colorful wool fabric cushions.  Made of solid wood with glass inserts at the top and bottom of the armrests to provide functional horizontal surfaces.<\/p>\n<p>MEBEL&#8217;s wood is sealed with a clear varnish, which creates a natural rubbed finish. Unlike sprayed glossy lacquer, their pieces do not have an assembly line look or feel. This process also creates a durable surface which is easy to maintain. There is no need to use polish, cleaning with a damp cloth is best. Metal used is fully welded stainless steel tubing with a brushed finish.
