Let’s be honest: some of Tom Dixon’s products look like they should be on the altar of some strange, futuristic church (Cog Candelabra<\/a>) or else an excellent receptacle for cremains (Beat Vessel<\/a>). That might sound a little morbid or serious, but I mean it as a compliment. For instance, the Plum Cocktail Shaker<\/a> could easily live in some sacred place with its bright copper plating. However, considering its purpose, best use it as intended; you’ll enjoy it more that way. The tapered ends help make the shaker easier to grip and the cap functions as a spirit measure or shot glass. <\/p>\n
