This chair isn’t new, in fact, it’s been around for a couple of years, but for some reason we’ve missed featuring it. Designed by Shane Schneck<\/a> for Hay<\/a>, this chair has a cantilever design that allows for easy stacking. Perhaps more impressively, the lack of two front legs means the seat of the chair can be suspended on a table for easy floor cleaning (see image at designboom<\/a>). A cross lamination layering pattern gives the Ru Chair “exceptional” strength.
