Not familiar with the name Euclid nor the images on the cover of the book? Here&#8217;s some context: Oliver Byrne (c. 1810\u00e2\u20ac\u201cc. 1880) translated the theorems of Greek mathematician <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Euclid\" target=\"_blank\" >Euclid<\/a> (aka the &#8220;Father of Geometry&#8221;) into colorful diagrams and figures in order to make learning easier.
