Designed by acclaimed Italian designer Tino Novati to have a "light and flying" aesthetic, the Icaro Bed (2001) stands at least four inches taller than most standard platform beds (platform is 12" tall). The result is a lofty aesthetic and a design that facilitates entering and exiting the bed. The wood Icaro Bed features beautifully grained walnut veneer, seamlessly applied over the entire frame.
