If I had a nickel for every time someone talked about needing a decent way to conceal a litter box, I'd have about 40 cents. Unfortunately that comes nowhere near paying for this particular solution.
A modern bench designed to conceal the cat litter box. The streamlined appearance hides its purpose. European hardware offers soft-close lid support to open and close without slamming. The interior is cleverly vented to provide adequate airflow for the cats health, yet does not give up any offending odors.[posted by katie]

I've seen several pet products on the market, and none have really come close to achieving a good combination of high style and solving the ugly realities of pet ownership (mainly the litter box), until Marly Gommans "Cats in Style" line.

Yes, this bed is pretty expensive for an animal that is probably content to eat food out of the trash, but if you have a certain aesthetic you're going for this bed may fit the bill.

So pleasantly nice to see the pet furniture category expanding...and, hey, even if you don't have cats, these perhaps could be used as accent pieces, maybe a small side table?
"not only can they help to stop your cat from tearing up your furniture, but help them to sharpen their claws safely and in style.
you may find the collection reminiscent of certain designs by frank gehry - susan kralovec presents a collection of uniquely designed pieces (we're calling it 'cat furniture') that are more than designer scratching posts.
in the collection are the 'u'-shaped 'nap', the chair shaped 'claw', and the more abstract, larger 'pounce'.
all three products are hand-made out of triple-wall laminated cardboard with an enamel finish on the ends, contributing to both the durability and the unique style all three products share."
Finishes available: Maltese(white), canary(yellow), koi(orange), and iguana(green).
