Remember the minui HandySitt portable seat that we posted a while ago? Now it’s got a companion chair. When combined with the seat, it makes a freestanding high chair. Without the portable seat, it’s a stepstool and/or a chair for older kids. Nice.

Your baby stays baby-sized for only so long. Instead of spending money on a high chair that will be thrown out eventually, you could get this portable, folding cardboard one for a lot less and just recycle it with the little one has outgrown it.
Feedaway is a portable and lightweight version of the traditional feeding chair that can be pulled out for use as required and otherwise folded away flat, making it suitable for traveling and visiting where there is no baby/toddler feeding chair. Suitable for up to 18months and/or to 20kg. Feedaway is made from recycled Visy cardboard, and comes with its own 3 point safety harness and recycled cardboard carry box that is strong enough to withstand the rigours of travel by car, train or airplane. Feedaway also fits in a large suitcase.
This product has just reached the market and is only available in Australia for now (but can be shipped internationally), so stay tuned to the designer/manufacturer for availability in the states.

Taking some visual cues from the Wood Led Clock, the seemingly blank face of the Woodstation Clock’s interface will illuminate through its veneer with a wave of a hand—thanks to its built-in motion sensor—displaying the day’s forecast, temperature, humidity, time and date. It’s designed as a kid’s toy to stimulate young minds about weather and climate change, but it’s got such a great design that I wouldn’t mind having one myself.
Material: compressed recycled wood, coated for extra strength and durability.
Dimensions: 5″L x 2″W x 9″H
Uses 4 AA batteries or an adaptor (included).

A stool that doubles as a deer head when stored away… smart solution, don’t you think?
My Deer, a stylish and refreshing stool, available in a multitude of colours. If you don’t need it, hang it upside down on a wall hook and presto, it changes into a colourful, sleekly stylized deer head. Ideal for public spaces, where the seats can be transformed into a decorative gaily-coloured herd on the wall in just a wink… -Jeroen Wesselink

A child’s bathtub that folds away…clever, isn’t it? If you don’t have little humans, you might consider it for your pets. It looks like the perfect size for mid-sized animals, and might make the whole bathing experience a bit easier, outside or indoors.
Flexi Bath – The only hard plastic children’s bathtub which folds up flat with a simple touch of your hand. After a leisurely bath, just fold it together and stow it away. Wonderful cool modern award winning Danish Design. The Flexi Bath™ is made from Polypropylene (PP) and Thermoplastic Elastomeric (TPE). The PP is the hard material which makes up the sides and the bottom of the bathtub and thus keeps it stable, as with any other children’s bathtub. The TPE is used in the corners and in the bottom as thin “lines” enabling the bathtub to fold flat.
Design: a Real Cool World

Amount of water: 39 liters when full

Watch out, because these two items are kind of adorable. A grizzly bear bean bag? Log pillows with a baby propped out as a little beaver? How can anyone resist such tactics? If you look at the close-up pics on these items (not shown), you can see that the graphics are knitted instead of printed, which ratchets the quality up a notch (in my opinion).
