This ceramic container has certainly caught my eye. It’s got a great form, it’s colorful, and it juxtaposes two materials not commonly seen together; ceramic and rubber. Each jar comes with six different colored rubber bands. Sizes range from 95, 110, 150 mm.

Recycled telephone wire is hand woven into some surprisingly bright-yet-traditional patterned baskets. Might make an interesting accent piece for your home or a special gift for a friend or family member.
These remarkable baskets are made in South Africa from recycled telephone wire. Known as izimbenges, they were traditionally crafted from hand-dyed grass, using patterns and techniques passed on for generations. The artists form a community where the women work at home, enabling them to care for their families while earning a sustainable income.
