These seem to be popping up everywhere online recently...
"Fiducia means faith or confidence in Latin - this group of candlesticks and vases cannot stand alone, but only gain their function from being joined together - the strong magnets that link them bestow stability and flexibility. Configurable in a multitude of ways (you know we love designs that can be played with!): as pairs, or in an infinitely long, snakelike line, in a closed circle – as you like." [posted by katie]

This felt cut-out simply slips over any wine bottle to transform it into a semi-proper vase. I especially like the lattice pattern (shown on left).
"Recycling meets design. Choose from 4 elegant patterns designed simply to place over your favorite memorable wine bottle to be recycled as a vase! Decorate it with your choice of any flower and/or dry plants. Turn the pattern around and a plain cover (without the pattern) can be showcased as well depending on the setting or mood." 100% Polyester (Felt) 7.7"W x 10.0"H (0.2") [posted by katie]

As I recall, we've received a few emails asking about where to find the Full/Fill Bottle; this collection pictured above is a different version that has a similar look and function.

These are lovely, and much more affordable than they look.
"Fascinated by waves and the complexity of glittering water, Erika Lagerbielke's love for water continues to inspire her. Venus named after Botticelli's famous painting is classic, clear Orrefors crystal in modern guise. In their simplicity, the bowls and vases are ideal for both traditional and modern homes." Such a nice set of small bud vases...I like the square shape and how the tube alludes to something semi-scientific.
"This unique glass vase features a movable tube in each cube that holds a single flower. Two or three are a nice idea for a simple table setting. Or cover a table with ten or twenty or more for a more magnificent display. Sold as a set of three. Measures 3.25"cube x 1/2" in diameter x 5"H. Ships in 2-3 weeks." [posted by katie]

"Scandinavian in its simple, unadorned and practical design, this ceramic pot from Sagaform is an ingenious way of enjoying fresh herbs much like flowers: Insert a bunch in the enlarged opening, and keep hydrated by pouring water into the corner hole. The broad base ensures that all those little stalks have access to water, while allowing air to circulate so herbs keep from becoming limp and waterlogged. Easy to take apart for cleaning. And at this price, you can buy several and surround yourself with the scent of freshly cut herbs."

I recently saw a letter vase by this artist in the recent issue of Readymade magazine, and a visit to her site did not disappoint. The combination of old fashioned decorative embellishments on cursive letter pieces are intriguing, and definitely look like they would be well worth the price. Cups and such run about $40, while the larger letter pieces go up to $1500. You can email Stephanie directly to purchase or to inquire about commissions. [posted by katie]
