This might need a 'platinum member' sticker, because while I sure can't afford it, there's a very small percentage of those of you who can. This reclaimed Douglas Fir credenza seems to have its credentials: hand carved/foundry cast solid bronze legs, intricate cut-out pulls, powder coated aluminum doors, signed and numbered by the designer (there's only 10), not to mention the wood has been scorched and oiled to get the right finish. It's a beauty.

"When scorched with fire and rubbed with oil, the lake-salvaged Douglas Fir takes on a richly colored and heavily textured black finish.
